Chinese menus offer a wide variety of food.
  

Chinese dishes are generally famous for their colour, taste and appearance. The most popular dishes in the menus of Chinese restaurants are:


    Sichuan Pork


It is made up of spicy slices of pork (flesh of a pig) and boiled in water with a coating made from egg-white and starch

        Shrimp with vermicelli and garlic


 It is made up of heavy garlic with seafood sauce flavour blend with freshness of juicy shrimp.

        Spring rolls



Spring rolls are of cylindrical shape. These are filled with vegetables or meat and the fried.

       Yangchow Fried Rice 



Yangchow fried rice are made up of baby bamboo shoots, mushroom, crumbled eggs, carrot and peeled shrimp. All the ingredients are cook together till they became golden yellow

       Peking Roasted Duck


It is famous due to its thin and crispy skin. It is generally served with pancakes and sweet bean sauce.

       Wontons


It is a customary food for people to eat in winters. It is commonly boiled and served with soup or sometimes deep fried. Wontons are filled with minced Pork and diced shrimp.
