How to Keep Yourselves Healthy During Quarantine
As we all know the whole world is suffering from the COVID-19 pandemic, due to which we are detained to lives inside our homes to maintain social distancing. But, this will not keeps us healthy. We have to maintain a regular routine, keep exercising at home and maintain a healthy lifestyle to keep yourselves healthy both mentally and physically during this period of quarantine.
Here are some best tips to keep yourselves fit during quarantine along with maintaining social distancing:
1.Catch up on reading: You should starting reading in your interested field instead of using using mobile phones all the time during quarantine. Using mobile phones for a long period time have bad impact on our eyes as well as mind.
2.Prepare healthy meals : Try to eat healthy while staying at home because during this lockdown period we don't get a chance to do that much physical activities as before lockdown.
3. Develop a fitness routine: As we don't have access to gyms and other fitness clubs during lockdown, internet is the only way to get instructions to do healthy activities. Here are some well known exercises you can do at home.
Yoga
Doing yoga will help you to reduce your weight, makes you flexible, strengthens your spine, help you to be focused and makes you happy. you can learn yoga from various online platforms like Youtube channels, fitness apps, etc.
Jump rope
Doing this activity requires a very small space and have various benefits like lowers the risk of heart attack and diabetes,strengths your muscles and many more. You can do this exercise at home very easily.
Jogging
You can do jogging or going up and down on stairs inside your home to keep yourselves fit.
4. Explore yourselves: Try doing new things to explore yourselves. so that you can make best of you yourselves.
5. Play indoor games: Play board games with your siblings to keep yourselves busy during quarantine.
People stays happier they are healthy and fit as they are less prone to any disease and attains confidence because they looks good when they are fit. keeping busy themselves helps them to prevent from bad thoughts specially during this time as we all have a fear of getting the corona virus.
